How long have you been in business?
We have been a privately held, family owned business, since 1968.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a service company, with a heavy focus on residential/light commercial service. We have a strong focus on serving property management companies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the service industry, in one form or another, for my entire adult career. I tell our employees all the time that we are not really in the plumbing business as much as we are in the customer service business. Our customers call us because they have a problem they need resolved and it is our responsibility to attend to that.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We our a plumbing company that thinks of ourselves as a service company first and foremost. In addition to that we are an inter-generational company and plan to stay that way. That means we are here for the long haul and highly value our reputation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location, but have been experiencing strong growth, so we may have to look at additional location(s) soon.

Cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards, except American Express

It would depend on the job, but, in general, a 25 mile radius of Tulsa.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Michael Gibbons runs the daily operation.

07:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour/7 day a week emergency service available.
