Final Clean-Up of newly constructed homes & commerical Bldgs
My name is Sandi Antwine with The Ultimate Finish. I am co-owner with Patsy Thompson. We have been in business for over 6 years and do work for the following builders: Brewer Construction, Brumble, Creative Solutions, David Lee Homes, Landstar, Timberline, Jerry Hall Custom Homes, Ruhl Construction, John Laizure & Homes by Mark Galbrith. We do the final clean-up which includes top to bottom cleaning of the home. Sweep, mop, vacuum, inside & out of cabinets, light fixures, ceiling fans, mirrors, tubs, & showers. We charge .16 a sq. ft. & $200.00 on the shine up to 3500 sq. ft. anything above is 275.00. We refer Chad on windows to the builders & he charges .06 cent per sq. ft.
