They Broke my electric Seat and had to have the car towed due to the position the seat was in. They refused to pay for the tow and full repair. Also they claim to do hand wax with Kanuba, but then say the wax is in the soap. I will never use them again

Made an appointment with him and he never showed up or called to cancel. Tried calling him to find out if he was going to show up...won't answer the phone. Unprofessional!

What is your primary product or service?
We primary detail vehicles, but are not limited in our realm of services.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father is a detailer and I have been around detailing pretty much all my life. This is my trade and over the years I have been a perfectionist in it.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First of all, by our outstanding guality and reasonable rates. Second, our ability to come to you make us very convenient. Third, we do everything by hand (old fashion way) which makes it more through.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now, we only have one crew, but plan to expand this spring to 2 or 3 crews.

We are mobile, so your location is where we come.

What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Paypal on our website.

Which areas do you service?
Tulsa and surrounding areas, outside of Tulsa county for a trip fee.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Derrick Ward is the owner/operator, and wife Vicki Ward is office manager/scheduler

What are your hours of operation?
Typically, 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday 9am-2pm In spring and summer months our hours are extended on an as need by basis.
