WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We are Designers not architects or engineers. As such, we look at our industrial and commercial projects differently. These projects are buildings used for manufacturing, fabrication, warehouses, offices, mercantile, and similar uses. This makes them different in that they don’t need to meet the aesthetic criteria required for some buildings.
Although we will maintain a certain amount of exterior aesthetics on these projects, we place our emphasis primarily on: 1) meeting our client's practical needs; 2) properly utilizing the site; 3) using the least costly building system; 4) obtaining the lowest operating and maintenance cost; and 5) the building withstanding the demands placed upon it in every day use.
On the other hand, Our Commercial Building designs are concerned with aesthetics both exterior and interior. We customize our design so your building will best fit your building site, your taste in architectural style, and to be as unique as you are as an individual.

How long have you been in business?
Our business began operations in 2001.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is Total Design Services for industial buildings, Commerial Buildings, and custom homes. However, we offer Architectural Drafting Services to business Owners, Design/Build Contractors, Home Builders, and Home Owners in need of such to prepare construction documents.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began my career as a drafter after finishing two years of college at what was then call Fort Smith Jr. College in 1966. I took continuing education classes at various colleges and universities throughout the rest of my career until now. One of the Universities in which I took classes was the University of Chicago, Chicago, IL which was an Architectural Refresher Course covering all the disciplines of architecture. I have prepared plans for hundreds of projects over the years that included most types of building projects and uses. My knowledge and experience is the foundation of my consulting services in Tulsa, OK since 2001.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our planning, design, and drafting services are based on more than forty years of combined design and field construction management experience. From industrial projects of more than 500,000 sq. ft. to "high end" custom homes of more than 6,000 sq.ft., we have the experience required to prepare the construction documents.
We strive to be the best at what we do! We believe the best way of accomplishing this is to:
1) Give Personal attention to each job.
Each client receives personal one-on-one attention through the entire design and construction process;
2) Encourage Client participation
To ensure our client�s needs are satisfied we constantly invite our clients to participate and provide input during the design process. After all it�s our job to make our client�s construction project a reality;
3) Stimulate Creativity.
We believe creativity is achieved through a combination of our design skills and the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the client.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location with no plans to expand. Our business is home office based using independent contract employees and professional engineers to keep our overhead as low as possible while at the same time rendering the quality services of Firms with "outside" offices.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We normally do not meet Clients at our location. We have found that for most Clients it is more convenient to meet at their location. This means less time away from their business operations and it allows members of their staff to participate that may not be able to meet otherwise.
What type of payments do you accept?
We invoice based upon the terms of the written agreement negotiated. Payment may be made by Cash, Check, or Fee can be Financed with approved credit.
Which areas do you service?
We service primarily the Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Sand Springs, Claremore, and Pryor areas. However, we will accept building design contracts in any part of the State of Oklahoma. Our architectural drafting services are available to clients in any state within the continental United States for any type of project regardless of size.
