How long have you been in business?
Over 10 years. (Since Sept. 2004.)
What is your primary product or service?
As a Certified Business Partner with Profiles International and Prana Business, I offer a suite of management tools that provide valuable information. Depending upon the business need, the "product" I recommend may be a job-fit assessment for an applicant, 360 surveys for a leadership development initiative, or a company-wide survey to measure employee engagement or alignment with the company's strategic plans. Training, consulting and ongoing support are essential to most of my client engagements.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After a 25 year career in corporate sales, I was introduced to Profiles International in 2004. I've always been interested in the human aspects of business. Sales itself is an experiment in human behavior. I find predictive human analytics to be fascinating. Better people decisions can be made with good information.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In my 30+ years in business, I've worked in six different industries with companies both large and small. Employee assessments are often times misunderstood and/or misused. There is a lot of junk out there. None are better than Profiles. Businesses need a service provider that knows the industry and how to best leverage the information to see positive results. I'm also the only Prana Business Partner in Oklahoma to help company's identify misalignment or gap in their strategic execution... identify, then fix. I pride myself in building excellent client relationship.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Although I have only one location, I'm able to sell and support clients anywhere in the U.S. I also have resources at the corporate offices and other business partners throughout the U.S. that I can engage when needed. No opportunity is too big or small.

My office is private. I meet with clients at their place of business and/or communicate via phone, e-mail and webinars.

Typically checks or electronic transfers. I currently do not accept credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
I focus most of my efforts in Oklahoma. That said, I have several clients throughout the U.S. that I'm able to service w/o any problems. I'll travel for the right opportunities.
