Guro Coats offers a comprehensive fighting system that combines three specific areas of self-defense into a single whole. Skill sets are occasionally isolated in drills, or techniques, so that the practitioner can effectively master that particular skill set. The system is nevertheless designed with the highest goal in mind: that the martial artist be able to flow! That is to say, as a result of one's training, one will be able to eventually develop what all martial artists strive for, namely, the ability to flow spontaneously with precision, balance, speed and, above all, power against an opponent's attacks.
