What is your primary product or service?
Automotive Detailing, specializing in dark color cars. We use only High Quality Products from Meguiars and Stoner.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
People make an investment when they buy a vehicle, average price of a new vehicle is 40,000.00-100,000.00, my goal is to help them protect and preserve their investment. When I was growing up I went to work with both my parents that at the time had second jobs, Janitorial. so I grew up cleaning and detailing office buildings, When I got old enough I got into cleaning, detailing vehicles, I have about 30 years Experiance.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I truely and honostly believe in customer satisfaction, If my customer is not happy than i'm not happy, a happy customer is one that not only will come back but bring their friends and relatives as well. What happend to the good ol' days when companies actually made every effert to make their customer happy, if it was'nt for customers there would be no business. Another thing that We do that our competitors dont do is we run year round. meaning in the winter we will still detail as long as the temp is at least 37, a lot of them will say you cant do that, there is nothing etched in stone to suggest that you cant so we choose to be there for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
at this time Monstor Detailz Runs only one van, but we want to grow to have at least 1 dozen as well as a fixed location and eventually expand to other states as well.
